Join us for a taste of the festival and a cookery demonstration at our launch dinner, delivered in partnership with Heathcotes Brasserie, Preston.
Experience an evening of culinary excellence from Heathcotes’ head chefs, with a live cookery demonstration, showcasing the technique of Sous Vide cookery and exploring the role of temperature in creating the perfect dish.
The event will take place on Wednesday 24 June, 6.30pm.

Wild mushroom risotto with a parmesan foam and sherry vinegar jelly.
