Feast-ival Launch Dinner at Heathcotes

Join us for a taste of the festival and a cookery demonstration at our launch dinner, delivered in partnership with Heathcotes Brasserie, Preston.

Experience an evening of culinary excellence from Heathcotes’ head chefs, with a live cookery demonstration, showcasing the technique of Sous Vide cookery and exploring the role of temperature in creating the perfect dish.

The event will take place on Wednesday 24 June, 6.30pm.

Tickets cost £35.00 (including booking fee.)

Your evening will include

1 Glass of House wine on arrival – Red, White or Rose

A three course set meal:

Menu
”On the table”
Radish and carrots in mushroom soil and breads

52° ”Mi Cuit”
Clarification cucumber and squid ink pearls

Sous Vide Goosnargh Duck, apple foam, cider fondants, cauliflower puree, broad beans, peas and bacon

Strawberries and cream ”revisited”

Vegetarian Menu:
Wild mushroom risotto with a parmesan foam and sherry vinegar jelly.
